After a couple of months of searching, I knew they would be the right fit. I sent them a sample of the ring I was looking for with the extra customizations, and they were able to get the ring for me in time to propose to my lady in Japan. North & South Jewelry is the absolute best! Brandon made the ordering process so seamless. He was super responsive and answered all of our (many!) questions. They constantly provided us updates about our order and being a few hours away, I never felt like I was wondering where my order was. My jewelry piece arrived nicely packaged and even more beautiful than I imagined it to be. After delivery, we had contacted Brandon with questions and he was still very much helpful and I’m so glad the customer service didn’t end once we received our jewelry.
