Repairs and Warranty


Our fine jewelry comes with a lifetime service warranty that's easy to understand and follow.

Coverage: This warranty includes free cleanings, check-ups, and prong re-tightening for the lifetime of the piece. In addition, we'll cover one free polishing or rhodium, one free sizing within the first year, and also repair and replace the side diamonds that fall out.

Limitations: Please note that we don't cover the loss of center stones or stones valued at $500 or more. We don't cover ring replacement if the entire ring is lost or stolen. Our warranty also covers quality issues resulting from manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered. In such cases, we'll assess your repair needs and inform you of any labor and material fees associated with the service.

Shipping: For customers in the Domestic US, you'll be responsible for shipping to our store, and we'll cover the return shipping back to you.
