I reached out to purchase the engagement ring for my soon to be fianceé. I was recommended this place bt a close friend, but was slightly hesitant being that I live on the opposite side of the country. With that being said, the process was incredibly smooth and went by way better than I imagined. All communication was through text and videos, but the customer service was excellent, whether it be asking questions or for different camera angles on rings. Everything was handled beautifully, and the ring cane out beautiful. I may get my wedding bands from here if possible. Huge shoutout to Maddie!
