I reached out to Elaine, to discuss the kind of ring I had in mind. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect lab-grown diamond that fit both my vision and budget (we are single income family). What impressed me the most was their customization process. They provided a CAD/CAM model of the ring for approval and kept me updated with pictures at every stage of the design.
The entire experience, from the initial consultation to receiving the finished ring, was absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the final product—it’s everything I hoped for and more! I’ll definitely be ordering more jewelry from them in the future.
