My now fiance and I were exploring ring options. It was pur first or second day, and we ran across North and South Jewelry. We spoke with Justin, who was extremely helpful in giving the details and processes that they provide for the customized ring development. After a couple of months of searching, I knew they would be the right fit. I sent them a sample of the ring I was looking for with the extra customizations, and they were able to get the ring for me in time to propose to my lady in Japan. She fell in love with the ring, and I will absolutely be recommending any custom jewelry options to North and South Jewelry. It was perfect, thank you so much!
North & South Jewelry is the absolute best! Brandon made the ordering process so seamless. He was super responsive and answered all of our (many!) questions. They constantly provided us updates about our order and being a few hours away, I never felt like I was wondering where my order was. My jewelry piece arrived nicely packaged and even more beautiful than I imagined it to be. After delivery, we had contacted Brandon with questions and he was still very much helpful and I’m so glad the customer service didn’t end once we received our jewelry. North and South was great to work with! The first ring I ordered wasn’t what I thought and they exchanged it for me and sent me pictures to show me the different rings and sizes. They were so helpful and nice! I will definitely be buying from them again!
