Shipping policy

Shipping Info

Merchandise will ship within 2-10 business days from purchase.

Each piece is made by hand and to order, and will be processed in the order which it was received.

Most in-stock pieces are shipped within 4-5 business days, and will arrive 2-5 business days after shipped

You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.

Carrier

All domestic orders are shipped first class via USPS with delivery confirmation, tracking, and insurance.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

Items marked not deliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at North & South Jewelry, and will incur a reshipment fee.

Back Orders

If an item is back ordered, we will attempt to contact you with the option to ship separately or to have items held to be shipped together when all purchases are ready to ship.
