After a couple of months of searching, I knew they would be the right fit. I sent them a sample of the ring I was looking for with the extra customizations, and they were able to get the ring for me in time to propose to my lady in Japan. I have been following their Instagram page for a while now. I knew I eventually wanted to purchase an aquamarine and diamond ring as they're my daughters' birthstones. Their prices were the most reasonable I've encountered both with local and online stores. I eventually purchased an emerald cut aquamarine ring with a diamond halo from them via Instagram. It's scary to make such a large purchase online without seeing the item in person, but Elaine was very responsive via Instagram and email. I told her what I was looking for and she sent photos of their stock. She sent photos in the store lighting as well as outside, which was helpful. It was a super easy process and it only took about two weeks from initial contact to shipping. The only concern I had was the transit from CA to HI took longer than expected, but this was not their fault. The item finally arrived and was exactly as described/pictured! I will definitely buy more jewelry from their store in the future!
