North & South Jewelry is the absolute best! Brandon made the ordering process so seamless. He was super responsive and answered all of our (many!) questions. They constantly provided us updates about our order and being a few hours away, I never felt like I was wondering where my order was. My jewelry piece arrived nicely packaged and even more beautiful than I imagined it to be. After delivery, we had contacted Brandon with questions and he was still very much helpful and I’m so glad the customer service didn’t end once we received our jewelry. I’m looking forward to working with Brandon and the rest of the team again soon!

North and South was great to work with! The first ring I ordered wasn’t what I thought and they exchanged it for me and sent me pictures to show me the different rings and sizes. They were so helpful and nice! I will definitely be buying from them again!
